A Salute to A Father Happily Approaching 94, In Spite of Dementia
Me To be a 70-years old son of a nearing-94-years old father, and 89-years old mother, is a privilege. Not many people have. Thank You, God. Our father A diploma holder in Civil Engineering from Rasool Polytechnique, now in Pakistan, An Associate Member of Institution of Engineers India(AMIE-I), and later its fellow, Worked at Bhakra Dam, and Pong Dam in Panjab, India for 33 years. Constructed 16 kilometers of tunnels and 6 medium size bridges, at Pong Dam. Now staying in Carona, California, enjoying the autumn of his life, with the families of his younger son and daughter: Bed ridden with Knee arthritis, Urine blockage since last 2 years, thus catheter dependent, Dementia patient, with slowly losing vital memory, Constipation, And now blockage of ears due to wax.
